Hello Anna,
The drivers have variables with their route and driving schedule. You were advised when vehicle was dispatched that the pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed. I provided you with you new contact person after your other rep was not available to help you. I also gave you the phone # to carrier if you had questions, you also had our office # hear at Red Carpet Transport if you had questions concerning your vehicle you could have called.. Concerning taking work off you were never instructed by our company to do so. The drivers try to stay on schedule, however with variable like road conditions and loading and unloading vehicle sometimes drivers can get a little behind schedule. NEVER ONCE DID YOU CALL THE CARRIER OR OUR OFFICE TO GET AN UPDATE ON YOUR VEHICLE. If you had called I would have advised you to go to work and the driver would have delivered when you were available.
