Made arrangements with Wife of Delevery driver for a Tuesday morning delivery at 4:00 pm Monday
Did not find out until 7:49 Tuesday am that the delivery was late (24 hours) after I was already through the Border and waiting with a rental trailer and truck.
Stan's made an allowance on payment only after Cheri from Red Carpet called them
Cheri from Red Carpet was excellent, very communitive, friendly and gave outstanding service, during and after transportation. She should receive some recognition for this.
