Felicia was honest about the process and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had not expected pickup and delivery to occur so quickly. Pickup guys were courteous and took good care of the car. Felicia kept me informed by phone from start to finish, so there was no anxiety as to what would happen next.

Red Carpet Auto Transport did not take its broker fee until the car was loaded onto the delivery truck, which all companies should do. Please be aware that money for actual transport is due to the driver upon receipt of the vehicle at its final destination, something I learned in the process.

Overall, very satisfied and would do business again with this company. Thanks, Felicia!
