Yes we are a broker and its my job to find you a transporter in the time frame your wanting for the route your wanting. Yours being picked up on a Friday for the route stated above. I prefer to not have vehicles left in storage because that can delay the transport process and its better to have your vehicle picked up directly from a person you trust the dealer and delivered to you the customer. This less people in a loop the better. I would disagree that they were late on pickup as it was picked up that Friday and we were waiting for your contact person, the salesman to get there and he didn't arrive until 11 AM and it was picked up shortly after. The delivery was delayed 36 hours because of the snow and freezing temperatures in your area. It took the driver an extra day to get through Minnesota and I cant give a driver bad remarks over battling through snow, if he's taking it safe and slow. I do apologize for your car being dirty and if it were summer that wouldn't be an issue. Coming from Colorado it's pretty difficult to keep a car clean during winter and the inside of his trailer was more then likely dirty from the loading and unloading of other vehicles.
