My first experience with Red Carpet Transport was outstanding. The customer service was superior! Bernadette had much patience with me since this was my very first time ever getting my car shipped. She was there to answer ALL my questions because I had plenty. Overall, she was exceptional because she explained every detail to me about how the shipping process works and took the time out to deal with my questioning. Great customer service means a whole lot to me and I can truly say that I received the best.
