There was an issue with some information that needed to be resolved and red carpet stayed in contact and quickly updated the progress and was helpful in allowing me to get the problem resolved without delaying the transportation.
I had issues with third parties but red carpet was always helping to get my car where it needed to go, without their help the transport would have probably never happened, thanks again!
