Pricing and Pick up

After agreeing to a specific price for shipping two vehicles, I was told that Red Carpet couldn't find a trucker to support the shipment at that price. Although they agreed to partially reduce their fee, I still ended up paying more than I originally agreed to.

Whereas the originally proposed pick up date was Friday (Aptil 5), it did not occur until 10:30 PM Sunday night, necessitating rearrangement of the schedule of the individual I designated to provide the keys to the trucker.

John, I apologize for the truck driver running late for pickup and any inconvenience. Sometimes they get put off of their schedule whether it be traffic or weather related to customer's not being available when they are there for pickup etc. When we booked the order I did tell you that price's do start going up from Florida heading north because there are so many people heading out of Florida around this time.
