was very skeptical as to honesty and reliability of this carrier. I had received a ton of email solicitations from other transport companies and was getting disillusioned with the whole process. didn't hear from this carrier for about 4-5 days and was giving up, but sure enough received a call from the driver that pickup was to be made and everything went smoothly from there. the car was delivered from Michigan to California in surprising time about 5 days and was pleased that the process was so smooth.
