The pickup was late due to extraordinary circumstances. Felicia and Red Carpet did a terrific job of keeping me informed and working around the issues with the initial driver. The driver that picked up the car was very good, and the car arrived in excellent condition. Both the driver and Felicia were in contact with me throughout the process. As agreed upon, the driver called 1 1/2 hours before he delivered and when he was within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Transport. Felicia provided excellent customer service.
