I ran into this company when my first one(Crossroad Auto Transport) have total ignore my calls and voicemail). Felicia was ready to take care my case and result the issue I had( I was leaving the state in the following week). I was able to reach and got answer with my shipment through out the process. Felicia and the staff also constantly check on my scheduled shipment so we could worry about other matter during our move to Chicago. They were also informative when I asked tons of question regarding auto transport and try to find the best approach and provide the help needed.
