This was my first time buying a car on eBay. I was tempted to fly up and drive the car home because trying to get it shipped was just one more learning curve issue for me. So I googled the whole subject matter and found glowing reviews for Alyssa Eng. In the end, that is who I did business with and I sure am glad I did. Let me give three thoughts about Alyssa's work: 1. She did her job. 2. She refused to over promise, even though as a newbie I would've liked some more guarantees. 3. The arrangements that she made for my car resulted in better service than I expected. I give Alyssa my full recommendation.
