Doug Johnson @Red carpet did their job if you consider just obtaining a carrier. Beyond that I didn't expect much from them. I was told they used 1 Auto Transport from Miami Fl before . Initial quote was low balled. Increased $100,when refused they got these quys for $50 more than original quote within 48 hours. Car picked up 4 days later. Horrible communication by carrier. No problem with pickup. Then the delays occurred. Carrier difficult to reach. Didnt return calls. Delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived 12 days after pickup. No damage. No communication from driver who didnt speak English anyway. Received call car was being unloaded 4 blocks away. Didnt even try to get near my house which has large open area across the street. At that point I was just happy to receive auto undamaged. Complaints were noted to Doug Johnson but obviously was beyond his control.
