Scott 602-428-6879 ~ scott@redcarpetautotransport ~ Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Bob but I wanted to be able to clarify what I told you. Before we even placed the order I did tell you that Red Carpet Auto Transport can match any other companies quotes that are 4 or 5 Star Rated on Transport Reviews or have a Rating of least A with the BBB. I told you with my experience best case scenario for your route would be $1100 if it just so happened a carrier that can handle Inoperable vehicles was in the area of Liberty, KY. Kentucky for the most part is always a hard place to get a carrier to pickup a vehicle unless its one of the major metros or on a major interstate like Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY. Liberty, KY is not near a major interstate and the chances of a carrier having a drop off close by and having an available spot is slim. You sent me a quote for a thousand and told me you would like me to match that. I said I could because they met the criteria and we tried to find a carrier for a thousand dollars. I know you you want to blame someone because it makes it easier but you were the one that set the price and I work on your behalf to find you a carrier. No carriers were enticed with the bid we offered so your car was never picked up. Red Carpet Auto Transport does not charge a single penny unless your vehicle is loaded on a carrier so your were also not charged anything. I am very good at what I do and I always aim to get my customer the best market value for their transport but if its not in the ballpark no broker can twist a drivers arm and make a driver pickup a vehicle. I wish you the best with your transport since you cancelled and I will adjust how I inform customers to make sure they are 100% informed on every matter of their transport. Best Regards, Scott
