Excellent service and followup from Red carpet ( especially Felicia ). I planned my move form Connecticut to California In June and had arrangements with another transport company Universal Transport Services ,Inc . Went through hell with their worst service. Not only they delayed my move but gave me hard time to even cancelling the service after more than a month holding my order with no updates and. It did cost lot money to rent a car for such long time after the big move and time to think about it and followup at new place.
I am glad that Red carpet got hold of me and i explained about my situation. Felicia did a wonderful job of handling my both Van and car transport with consistent phone and email followups with updates. My cars were on the truck in few days since i switched to red Carpet where i had to wait for more than a month with the other company.
