Hi Jennifer, I just wanted to thank you for the services you provided. The shipper was great, and delivery was prompt. I have not sent in A review yet because I wanted to get in touch with you first. It seems that I have A problem with the billing. You told me that you would give me A $45.00 dollar discount on your services but I did not see it in the billing. The quote you gave me was $1300.00 with A $45.00 discount witch brought the price to $1255.00.(1100.00 for the shipper and $155.00for the broker) You then called me and said the shipper wanted $50.00 dollars more to ship the vehicle. Not true. the shipper still got $1100.00 and you got $200.00. You never gave me your $45.00 discount. I will wait for your response before I send in my review. Thank you for your time. This response was never addressed.
