Heather Pearson at Red Carpet Auto Transport Inc. is very Industry knowledgeable and procured my transport within two hours of requesting the shipment of my 2010 Arcadia from Jackson Michigan to Scottsdale Arizona. She kept me appraised of the pickup date, the shipper and the arrival times. She has a vast array of transporters in her network and chose an excellent trucking company, DMR to ship my vehicle.

This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle and the process can be unnerving and complicated. Heather made it easy for me. I had one number to call and she would follow-up quickly. She did everything she said she would do and went over and above providing Excellent customer service to me. I was never worried about my car as I felt it was in good hands with Red Carpet Auto Transport and Heather.

I would definitely use her again and will recommend her to my friends who ship their cars on a seasonal bases from Michigan to Arizona and back again.
