It is my honor to write some words of gratitude for "Felitia Bond". Professional, caring, concerned, constant contact, assurance, and motivated by the deepest compassion for a customer is only the beginning of my description for Felicia. This awesome lady understood how concerned I was about my 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner "Dream Car" making it quickly and safely across the country to me in Los Angeles. As a car dealer, I have used other companies to transport cars I have sold to customers, through many different companies here in Los Angeles, only to have so many disappointing results and "NO COMMUNICATION" with the cars where abouts, or condition. I have also had customers become stern with me because the company transporting the car was not available. THIS TIME...I decided to call dozens of transport companies and brokers to demand what kind of service I was to expect, and prices that were sometimes ridiculous. My search Led me to Felicia Bond, and I knew after 10 minutes of conversation, I had met "THE" most professional person to stay in contact with me, and give me the best price. I needed this because the car that was going to be transported was one that I was buying for my son. Our dream car, that took years to find. There was no way, I was going to be left in the dark on this purchase. Felicia understood me, and called me every day to let me know where we were on the pick up of this car, as the owner was "NOT" available after I bought this vehicle. He told me after the sale that he was going on vacation, and when he got back he would be camping, so he needed to be contacted by the transport driver. Felicia took the matter into her own hands and delt with the seller, the driver, and me daily. I can't imagine how she even had the time to constantly be calling all of us, and letting me know everything was being taken care of. This kind of service is something I have never received from any Transport company. If you are smart...take my advice and contact Felicia. Tell her Josh loves her.
