This was my first time using an auto transport service. Everything about using Red Carpet was great - except for the pricing - they did come down on the original quote given competitive bids but in the end, the price I paid was $890 (the original quote before competitive adjustment) rather than the adjusted amount of $780 to compete with alternative bids received. I stayed with Red Carpet because the service received was very good and I didn't want to spend any more time managing the process. Would have given 5 stars to everything were it not for the pricing issue. Felicia's communications and professionalism were excellent and I always felt like I was informed about every step of the process.

The pricing in our system updates as we get dispatches from the drivers. I price matched another brokers quote because their pricing sounded more attractive to your budget. A broker does not own their own trucks or have their own drivers. I'm not sure how they established the pricing you received but I matched it because you asked me to. A quote is simply an estimate that's subject to change until we establish availability with the drivers on the route. Sincerely, Felicia
