What set her apart from other representatives and companies was her quick response, willingness to problem solve in order to find the best rates, and depth of knowledge about how the industry works. And she actually answers her phone and gets right back in touch if you get her voice mail.
Shipping a car was a new experience for me.
I blindly Googled companies and called two others for information. With those other companies I was left feeling confused and uncertain that shipping a car was even a viable option for me.
