I had great experience with this company.I was able to get a driver within an hour of contacting the red carpet company. The representative and the driver were customer friendly .They explained all the terms and conditions of the agreement. All my emails were responded to, in a timely manner.Their door to door service was ,as promised.I was not asked to buy unneccessary insurance that was not warranted.During transit the driver kept us informed of his progress and arrival time in advance and delivered the car on time ,as promised.
I was given the cell no. of the driver and we were able to reach him easily and make mutually convenient time and place for pick up and drop off!
My tracking no. was 5005531 and all correspondece were referred to with this number.The other represantatives in the office were friendly and eager to answer all questions.Upon request ,i was given their insurance information also for my satisfaction.I had done my comparisons with other transport company and they had different rates for different dates pickups.Next day pick up was much higher and they were pursuading me to buy afta insurance.
My emails were flooded with many quotes and after deligent comparison shopping I have no reservation in recommending Red carpet Auto Transport, Inc. to my family and friends.
