After estensive research I choose to put my trust into Red Carpet. That was a mistake and in retrospect I wiish I hadn't. My primary point of contact was Tony Quinn who said (as did his email) he was the General Manager.
After my deposit was received ($250.00) when I tried to contact Tony to have a question answered he was unavailable. I would leave a message. No return call to the message was made. It would take another call from me (a day later) and Tony's responses were "yesteday just flew by," and yesterday just "got away from me." My expectations especially from a G. M. are more than that.
Tony assured me in our initial conversation that the truck that picked up my 2007 Volvo S-80 would be the one and only truck that the vehicle would ride on all the way to the desired destination. This was not the case at all. The vehicle was picked up on a single vehicle flat-bed tow truck. I was then told the vehicle would be taken to a tow yard 20 miles away and transfered to the carrier.
The pick up was made on the day it was stated to be. However, the pick up was made at 22:00. That seemed a bit late to me. I was strung along most of that day with constant time changes from the carrier. Tony was no help in this matter, at one point he said "why don"t you just try to contact them, I am not having much luck."
The vehicle arrived in Orlando a day late. The interior of the vehicle was filthy. There were greasy and dirty finger prints on the inside of each door pannel. The headrest of the driver's seat had two long greasy finger marks running down it. The steering wheel was a greasy mess.
The first thing I HAD to do upon receiving the vehicle was have the inside detailed.
I was told afte the delivery had been completed I would be hearing from Red Carpet on a follow up basis. That was ten days ago. I have not heard one word. Seems like at least that remains consistent ( lack of contact). There was suppose to be an opportunity for a "rebate" by posting a review according to Tony. Needless to say that has never materialized. I am obviously not being paid to submit this review.
It seems to me that once this company has your money and you "locked in" that it is truly a bare minimum operation. Buyer beware.

Ken, I am sorry for your experience. I do my very best to always stay in touch with my customers and I definitely dropped the ball with you for the follow up after delivery. I am in the office everyday and am always available to my clients and the reviews from past customers verifies that. That is what I pride our company on....we put customer service as the highest priority. When I had you try to reach the driver, because I wasn't having any luck, it was because I was headed home and it was after 6 PM. That was the only reason I insisted on you trying to reach him. I would be upset too, if the interior of my car was greasy from the drivers. That is something you should have notated on the Bill of Lading....as that is something that the driver should be responsible for. I will take the hit for not following up with you after your delivery. I wish you the Best of luck going forward
