When I first requested a quote for vehicle transportation, I wasn't sure what to expect. Within minutes I received dozens of quotes from coast to coast. I really had no clue which company to choose. I went to Transport Review and found countless good reports, which made me suspect that maybe the companies themselves had submitted several of these reviews. I still didn't know what to do. A few days later, a woman from Red Carpet Transport called and asked if I had chosen a transport company yet. Through the next several minutes of talking to her, and I apologize for not remembering her name, I felt comfortable enough to choose them to transport my daughter's car to California. Fortunately for me it was a good choice. Everything went according to plan. The driver and was polite and professional and explained his plan for getting my daughter's car to California. I was impressed with the condition and cleanliness of his truck/trailer and the care he took loading the car onto his rig. My wife was in California when the car was delivered and she too was impressed by the driver and his demeanor and tha fact that even though he got their earlier than we did and had to wait for us, he was polite and professional and took great care of the car. I will definitely use Red Carpet again, should I ever need vehicle transpotation services.
