No one knows when the truck will pick up the car. If you want to ship car, arrange the time as early as possible. The service is not bad. Agent answer the email quickly, but they cannot control the time to pick up the car.

Sean, you are correct, nobody knows when a truck is going to pick up or deliver your car, besides the driver himself. We are only as good as the information they supply to us. We do our best to keep the lines of communication open between us and our customers. When a truck decides to shut it down for the night or blows out their clutch, there is little we can do.
