Denise Flores was very helpful throughout this entire process. Whether it was through email or phone she was always very prompt with her responses. My overall feeling with this company is very satisfied, always friendly, always knowledgeable and helpful in whatever way possible. The rate I felt was right in the middle compared to the other quotes I received. I didn't want to go for the cheapest quote and mess around with the truckers not wanting to pick up my car but yet I didn't want to spend a fortune either. Red Carpet Auto Transport definitely felt like a safe bet for me after reading multiple reviews and talking with their customer service. I would have no problem shipping with this company again and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market.
