Cheryl was most friendly and bent over backwards to make sure that my needs were taken care of. The car was not picked up on the first day available, which was in the middle of the week, but a carrier was found on the following Monday. This was well within the time period I expected. Cheryl made sure that I was aware how auto shipping works and the company worked with me to make sure that a carrier was found. Cheryl and the truck driver called the car's previous owner, at my request, in plenty of time for him to have the car ready to go. Cheryl then called me to let me know that the car had been picked up. She gave me an estimated time of arrival date. The day before the car was due, the driver called me to give me a two hour time bracket for arrival. On the day of arrival, both the driver and Cheryl called within minutes of each other to give me a closer arrival time. Since I live on a very busy and narrow street, I found an unused shopping center lot, which, was easy for the driver to bring in his truck, and close enough to home. We met the truck and driver almost to the minute. The driver was excellent, keeping me informed by cell phone as to his location. While I did not check my watch, I believe he was there within minutes of his ETA.

All in all it was a great adventure. I was receiving a car I had never seen before, and was quite excited to get the car. Cheryl called me afterwords to make sure the car arrived in good condition and on time. No complaints. While it was an expensive venture, but less expensive than going after the car myself.
