one thing that needs to improve

i don't understand why the company wants the customer to pay the driver on site , while they could easily replace this by charging the credit card. The problem here is, at least in my case, the driver didn't know the exact amount and initially he asked me a lot more, which is very confusing. At least there should be a contrast indicating the amount in driver's hand instead of adding that number by driver on site.
