Cheryl Phifer was an excellent rep for us. She kept us abreast of any and all information, changes, dates, times, etc. She was in constant contact with us, making sure we were informed and comfortable with the process. When our vehicle did not arrive on the date specified, she was instantly on the phone calling the trucking company to rectify the situation. She also helped us keep the price of the transport down. To ship a vehicle cross-country for roughly $1000 was a dream price. If you call, deal with Cheryl. She is excellent!
