Laura - I am very sorry that your experience was not good. Our quotes are only estimates and orders cannot be confirmed until we have a driver that has agreed to the posted truck fee. I worked very hard to accommodate your dates but I have no control over the drivers schedule. It would be impossible to foresee any issues such as the truck breaking down in this case. I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak with you prior to your post. Your call came in after 8 pm and I was not in the office. I responded first thing this morning. We do not condone rudeness from our carriers and you can be assured that we are investigating this issue. I have received all 5 star reviews from my clients other than this one, obviously I have provided good customer service. I stand by my company and my service and know that we do the very best we can to provide 5 star service.
