I have previously shipped my vehicle two times before this one. However, this is by far the BEST experience from beginning to end... My rep, Lisa Fa was helpful in all my questions asked and maintained frequent contact to keep me updated on my anticipated transport. Within 24 hours of booking myvehicle, I received confirmation regarding who my driverwas and an anticpated pick up date. On time pick up was very much appreciated , despite the snow storm incurred in Washington. Lisa kept me informed of my drivers anticipated delivery and things went great. As for the driver, he was very accomodating in advising of his expected arrival and where to meet me.

Thanks, Lisa I appreciate all the emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Will definitely use you guys again... Overall experience was indeed RED CARPET style!
