Getting My Dad's Car to Florida

Well, this one was a pleasant surprise. Usually, the auto transport company tells me it will take 5 to 7 days to get a carrier but in this case Robyn Hall, my agent at Red Carpet Auto Transport, not only found a carrier within 3 days, the carrier came a day early. The cost was $1,000 from Boston to Palm Beach which was the lowest of the 4 bids I received.

In addition, I needed special payment arrangements which Robyn immediately talked to her supervisor about and quickly worked out a solution that met my needs and still allowed everyone to get paid on time.

My dad's aide called to tell me that the car arrived on time and that there were no problems with the delivery and no dings or dents to the car. I was very pleased with Red Carpet and Robyn Hall.
