Had been looking for a particular car for over 8 months and finally found one - only problem was it was in California and I am in Washington state. We thought about flying down and driving the car back, but the weather was not cooperating with increasing rain and snow. I had never used a car transport service before, so did some research on the web and called a few places. The moment I talked to Cheryl she put me at ease. She explained exactly how the process worked and that she would search for a carrier right away. She called me back the next day with the news that a carrier was available within my short 3-day time frame, and made all of the arrangements. She kept me informed of the drivers progress and once underway the driver called me several times to tell me his status on delivery. Demetri delivered the car ahead of schedule and in great shape. Cheryl called to follow-up on the delivery and to make sure everything had gone as planned. It was really a pleasure to work with Cheryl and Red Carpet I would definitely recommend them.
