We sent a small SUV from Eastcoast to West. We were in a hurry for shipping. My contact agent, Heather, was very responsive to my need and she was able to find a way to schedule a pickup next day. She gave me updated pickup information as promised. Both the pickup and delivery were done on time without any problem. Very happy with this service and will recommend to others.
