Heather was wonderful! Excellent customer service; excellent phone skills. She was very friendly, accomadating, incredibly thorough and so attentive. She made sure to constantly communicate with me and keep me updated. I was never in the dark about anything. I would definitely work with your company in the future and would probably call Heather direct as it would be a pleasure to work with her again.
