I purchased a car in Montana in January and needed it transported to Texas and was having difficulty finding a transporter going into Montana from my usual sources. We called Red Carpet Auto Transport at the suggestion of the Seller and spoke to Heather Richardson. Heather was very professional and helpful. She said it might take up to 2 weeks to find a carrier due to the location and weather in Montana. However, she called back within just a few days and said that she had found a transporter to pick the car up. The transporter was dispatched on January 24, the car was picked up on January 26 in Montana with a delivery date of February 1. We actually received a call on January 29 that the transporter was in the area to deliver the car. We received the car within three days of pickup. Very fast service! Heather Richardson stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process to keep us informed and even followed up after the car was delivered to make sure everything went o.k. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call Heather Richardson the next time I have a car to transport. Thanks!!
