Julie Kenyon contact me and match the price provided by another 5-star company.
However, due to the matched price is a little too low,my car was not picked up right way.
It took 12 days until Julie called me to raise the price by $130 to confirm an available truck driver.
The shipping was fast and only took 7 days.
Overall, the service is good and I had a good experience with red carpet.

I know there are many choices available, some of which are less expensive quotes than ours. I am always happy to try and price match another company, but when lowering the price you also lower the chances of getting a pick up within our normal lead time.
