Overall, I would rate their service as slightly above average. The delivery mechanism was outstanding. The problem was with getting the order to pick up. Initially I was given a quote of $1106, which was I was told was very competitive. In fact, I was sent an e-mail applauding their #1 rating and that they "price their quotes to make sure the vehicle gets moved". I was told it would take up to 7 days. Well, 7 days past and then I was told that the increase in diesel fuel prices led to no takers on Central Dispatch. Then after about 2 wks, I was told they found a shipper but now the price had increased from $1106 to $1389. At this point, I'm kind of left with few options. I asked if the broker would share in the price increase, but they declined. My order was placed on 2/21 and it didn't get filled until 3/8. My frustration level was very high on how drawn out this was. I left messages almost daily with the broker but my calls were not returned promptly. I will say that they did choose a good shipper but after all of this, that was little consolation.

Cheryl@RedCarpetAutoTransport.com 602-438-4644 Dear Rusty, Your original quote was given to you on February 18th and was priced for the situation at that time. With the dramatic increase in fuel prices we were all left at a disadvantage. I held on to the original quote for you and we tried our very best to locate a carrier for you at the quoted price, but as time progressed we learned that it just wasn't going to get your truck on a carrier due to the diesel prices. Trust me when I say that I would give my eye teeth to have been able to get it accomplished for you much sooner and at the quoted rate. I have to say that every.. every call that you made to me was returned promptly and the same day it was received if not within an hour. If I did not get some of the messages I am sorry. But regarless of everything we were able to get your Toyota to you and for that I am very happy. I wish you the best Rusty and Thank You for the review. Cheryl
