If your looking for touchy feely service, this is not the company to use. Keep in mind RCAT is only a Broker and not the actual trucking company. RCAT will charge you a fee for finding a trucking carrier to transport your auto. I was charged 189.00 + 816.00= 1005. Once your car is picked up by the trucking company RCAT will charge their fee to your credit card. Once the pickup occurs you will never hear from RCAT again. Pickup was 05-05-2011 and the estimated delivery was 05-15-2011. Allthough my car was picked up one day early it wasn't delivered untill 05-22-2011. I left three messages with RCAT 2 days after the expected delivery date, worrying about where my car was and not a single message was returned. RCAT sure was eager for my buisness and promptly returned all calls up to the time they got my money, after that it was adios I never heard from them again. I finally got smart and realized, hey what could RCAT do they are only a broker, so I contacted the actual carrier UPT Ultra Power Trans. I got an emediate response and they let me know where my car was and when it would be delivered, THANK YOU U.P.T. In short if your thinking of transporting your vehicle skip the middle man and hire the the trucking company who does the actual transporting.
