I am very satisfied with Red Carpet Transport. The agent, Cheryl Phiffer, was very knowledgeable. She clearly explained how the plan worked and answered any questions I may have had. She gave me accurate times of pickup and delivery and was very pleasant when I forgot things. She notified me when the car was to be picked up and caled me to be sure all was ok after delivery. One feature I like about Red Carpet is that I am not charged any fees until the car is actually picked up.
