Poor service, start to finish

This is a logistics business. Redline failed. We booked them for a Tuesday pickup at $700, Colorado to Connecticut. When we said ok, they ooops! Friday pickup, $900. When I said cancel it, we'll go elsewhere, they came back at $825 and we figured, better take it or we'll lose more time. They estimated 3-4 days. We siad ok. Then it was gonig to be Friday pickup, Monday delivery. Nope, they changed it. Now Wednesday delivery. Nope. That didn't work either. Now Thursday delivery -- 6 days, not 3-4. They know the moment you car is picked up, what other cars are in the same shipment. They know in what order they are to be dropped off. How a Monday delviery turns into a Thursday delivery when they know all that, is a mystery. What we do know is that they did nothing right, from the bait and switch price to the bait and switch delivery times. Awful service. They are not competent. They can't even estimate time or price after shipment commitment is given.
