car was picked up at destination port on time, there was a one day delay for delivery due to mechanical failure of truck, company went out off its way to deliver shipped vehicle on time, but also delivered my vehicle to a alternate place instead of pahrump, they were instructed to deliver it to Las Vegas TI casino which they did, saved me a lot off money for car rental and taxi fare to return a rented car,
Please NOTE the cost off shipping a car from port to location is fixed, the Broker quoting the shipment price may not be all that honest in the quote, as they try to low ball the numbers to get the haul. Once I received the confirmation quote from Regal auto transport, I noticed this difference from quoted price from the broker to the correct cost from the overland hauler, NOT a problem as I understand this as the overland hauler needs the broker who has the website and personnel to get the job, and will take the abuse from the customer even though it is NOT there fault, THEY need the broker who feeds them the job.
So when you people are writing you reviews please have some consideration off this problem with the Broker quoting the project, and understand that there are delays from the overland hauler, due to mechanical failure, traffic, weather, and dumb customers who are not there to receive there car. They are delivering other people cars also.
