Ok, so I used Regal Auto Transport and the Owner/Contact person is: "Ronnie." I used Ronnie to move a Milan from PA to FL and everything honestly went very well. Why? Good communication on my part helped to make it to where "Ronnie" was able to set things up on time. With Ronnie or any transport company you must give them no less than a 3 day lead time, otherwise the time it takes for them to find a truck to pick up your vehicle will be much longer. My car was picked up on a Monday and delivered to me on that Friday, the transport company Fira Express Inc. who Ronnie hired on my behalf, who actual does the actual transporting, called me in advance and everything worked out just as Ronnie predicted. Ronnie charged my CC $100.00 on the day of pickup and the truck driver asked me for $300.00 in cash the day of delivery, I was quoted $400.00 upfront and that is exactly what I paid. My vehicle arrived in excellent condition, albeit a little dirty but it was transported over 1067 miles, it should be dirty! I was quoted 3 days transit time, actual transit time was 5 days, but honestly I didn't have to drive 3 days in a car so I was happy. Patience is key, Ronnie and other people in this business who set up transport for people are salesmen, if they quote your 2-3 days for transport, realize that they all tend to wear rose colored glasses, so add a few days on to that time and you will be much happier. If anyone needs to be reassured about Regal Auto Transport feel free to email me at: jamesdefreitas@yahoo.com and No I am not related to or affiliated with Regal or Ronnie in any way shape or form.
