Made transport easy!

When I researched numerous auto transport companies to transport my vehicle from Florida to California, I found that Regal Auto Transport was the most affordable company to use. When I contacted Regal Auto Transport, I spoke to Ronnie who was super nice. He gave me a quote over the phone and sent it to me in writing. He did a great job explaining how the process worked and guided me through the entire transport. I made a $100 deposit on my credit card, then when the car was picked up I made another payment of $150 on my credit card and paid the rest with a money order to the driver at delivery. I had an original pickup date of November 24th, but had to change it last minute and it was no problem for Ronnie to change it to Dec. 1st. On Nov. 30th, I received a call from the company was supposed to pick up the car but insisted that the only time they could come was at 10am. When I explained to them that I was working at that time and could not have it picked up at that time, they immediately canceled the transport. I called Ronnie and explained to him the situation and he immediately took care of it. In a matter of a 30 minutes, I received a phone call from another driver asking when he could pick up my car. The driver was ready at 2pm, but was nice enough to wait until 4:30pm to pick up my car. We met at a Lowe's where there was enough space to pick it up, wrote up the paperwork and loaded it on the truck. The car arrived to California about 3 days earlier than expected by another very nice driver. He called me to inform me what time he would be arriving and even went as far as dropping it off at another location about 1 mile away from the original destination. He arrived at the time promised and was very nice. I later found out that I was overcharged $25, but as soon as I called Ronnie, he immediately credited it back to my credit card.

Regal Auto Transport made my move very easy!!! They did a great job helping me with this transport! I would DEFINITELY recommend Regal to anyone who needs an auto transport.
