Whenever someone does good work I always have to give them their dues. I was under a lot of stress and dealing with a lot of last minute issues related to my move to Florida. I went with Regal Auto Transport, honestly because they had the lowest/most reasonable rate. I had heard horror stories about companies who take your deposit and promise you the world and do not deliver. I had been quoted a lesser rate by another company, but it didn't seem to be a realistic quote at all, and after doing my reasearch online, i realized that it was a scam. I called Regal Auto and spoke with Stephanie. She quickly assured me that I was working with a company that has an A rating with the BBB. She also explained what I like to refer to as the "Broker Theory." There are so many brokers out there who lowball quotes and outright lie to prospective buyers in order to lock them in with a deposit and then ask for $100s of dollars more once you've agreed to sign on with them. I appreciated her transparent approach and decided to have them transport my car.

The move went on without a hitch! Stephanie was always available for any question or concern I had. Although I was probably a little annoying at times, she was always kind and helpful and never made me regret my decision to try her company. I would recommend Regal Auto to anyone who needs their car transported.
