We shipped two cars from NW Florida to Albuquerque, NM. We decided on Reindeer because they were able to schedule an exact pick up date rather than give us a 2-3 day period where the driver might show up to get our cars. Also, Allied highly recommended them and gave us a comparable quote. From start to finish I have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service from them. Connie answered all my questions very quickly and efficiently and kept me up to date on when the drivers were going to arrive. The guys who came to pick up the cars were professional and friendly and the guy who dropped off the cars was 3 days early! Both cars had absolutely no damage whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience with Reindeer.
