Hello, Ken. I am sorry for your negative delivery experience. Please be advised, your car was scheduled for an open transit relocation. When the cars are transported on an open carrier, they are exposed to outside influences such as the weather and road debris. Your car was transported from CO to CA. This time of year, the cars to arrive very dirty. However, we do not have each car washed prior to delivery as this would add time to your transit, increase the price, and increase the number of times each car is loaded and unloaded. However, unlike most carriers, we do allow up to 24hrs after delivery to allow you time to wash the car and fully inspect it for any issues. We certainly understand relocating can be hectic and this added step can be an inconvenience. I apologize for any added trouble this caused you and I hope you can understand why the car arrived dirty. Please feel free to call or email us with any additional questions or concerns. Thank you
