Hello, Danko. I am very sorry you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your claim for your 1995 BMW. As discussed, your claim is unable to be honored for multiple reasons. These reasons included the lack of any notation of new damage at delivery along with a delay in reporting to Reindeer Auto. In addition, the bumper did have numerous areas of prior damage noted at origin indicating a prior condition from prior impacts. The pictures taken in transit and at delivery match the same condition in which you have pictured in your claim documentation. As well, mechanical and interior claims are unable to be honored due to lack of inspection to those areas at loading and delivery. We simply cannot determine the damage you have claimed were a result of the relocation based on the evidence provided in your claim.
