They assign you 3-4 days of pick up window. A day before the first pick up day, they called and said we can't assign any carrier for you this week so we will send you driver next week.
I was moving out of here and did not have luxuary to stay here to get my car picked up. I had a flight to take. I wanted to get my deposit back but it is already 7 days before you assigned date so they wouln't give the deposit back. I had to dispute my credit card. I had to find another company. But I had to cancel my flight because of the delay of pick up.
They are the worst company, please do not use them.
They are not reliable at all, absolutly the biggerst liers!
