After my previous posting earlier this week, I called them again. This time got a different story. I was told that my refund had been issued to my charge card on June 27, 2008 which is the day after they received my cancellation letter.

Today is July 3, 2008 and my charge card company still has not received that "refund". I hate to call anyone a liar but I cannot think of any other word that adequately describes their criminal behavior. Maybe the Postal Inspectors will have a better term for it when they complete their investigation. The BBB, DOT, and FTC may also have terms in their own agencies that will be different.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, GIVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, LIE AND TRY TO DECIEVE YOU, AND WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN FOR YOUR MONEY.
