I'm guessing that many of the satisfied customers listed here are actually fakes. I find it hard to believe they are actually in business. I believe that they are just scamming people out of deposits. I bought a car on ebay and contacted them with a 14 day pickup window, followed by 14 days where they vehicle could not be picked up (owners were going to be on vacation), again followed by protracted period where they could pick it up. They said they could get it done in the first 14 days. I left them a deposit and they sent me some terms to sign, which basically say that they can do anything they want. The salesperson told me to modify the contract to fit my situation (e.g., that there was a window where the car could not be picked up) and fax it in. After getting my money, I was unable to contact them. They don't answer their phones, but instead force you to leave a message and they call you back. That way, they don't have to talk to you, unless they want to. The pickup date came and went. I finally got in touch with them 6 days after the pickup was supposed to happen. When I informed them that it couldn't be picked up again for another week, they wanted to charge me additional money for changing the p/u date. You see, their contract says that they have 14 days after agreeing to pick up a vehicle to actually pick it up. I told them that I had modified the contract as instructed to give them only 5 days after the scheduled pickup. First, they told me that was unacceptable and that they would have to charge extra to schedule a new date. Then they told me they were keeping my deposit and I would have to leave another to get a pickup. Now I can no longer get in touch with them.
STAY AWAY!
