As far as I can tell, this company is a scam. Their good reviews appear to be fake, although it is rather hard to tell unless you are an insider to transportreviews.com.
This company never answers their phone. Yes, that's right - never. Call 866.664.1533 and press "2" for customer service to hear their message that tells you at what time during the day their check their voice mail messages. I tried enough times to know that you stand no chance of speaking to a real person when you press "2".
Moreover, their other employees seem to be permanently "away for the week-end." That's right - call 866.664.1533 x104 to hear the "I am away for the week-end" message of my primary contact!
If you did not give them your money yet, good for you - look for another shipper, as I eventually did (I will review them separately). If you gave them a deposit, call your credit card today and ask for a charge back.
